ANNUAL REPORT
The first interstate meeting of farm and ranch business management instructors was held in Faribault, Minnesota in 1973. That group continued to
meet annually to share ideas and solve problems.
The organization was named and the constitution was ratified at Pierre, South Dakota, in 1985.
NFRBMEA, Inc. meets annually and continues to expand its activities to serve its members.
The NFRBMEA publishes an international newsletter, NUTS & BOLTS, three times per year. Each issue is full of
useful information chosen from the best current ideas in farm and ranch management education submitted by members.
The NFRBMEA actively represents farm and ranch business management educators on national committees and works to promote farm
and ranch management education.
Active NFRBMEA membership is open to instructors, teacher-educators, supervisors, and planning staff. Affiliate membership is
open to supporters of farm and ranch management education.
The NFRBMEA is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation.
